Sujeet Pillai

- Director, Technology -

Sujeet, an aerospace engineer from IIT Bombay, has over a decade of experience in managing Sales Compensation processes for various clients including Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies. He also has key technology and software development capabilities that enables him to create innovative cutting-edge solutions.

Mohit Dubey

- Director, Finance -

Mohit, a computer science engineer from MIT Pune, has years of experience in sales compensation administration for medium sized pharmaceutical clients. He has been an entrepreneur for several years now and brings on board some key general management skills, entrepreneurial experience and administration skills.

Amit Jain

- Director, Operations -

Amit, a chemical engineer from IIT Bombay, has 10+ years experience in sales compensation design, implementation and operations for pharmaceutical clients of all sizes. His skillset also includes managing analytics and operations for various practice areas such as performance management, customer segmentation and call planning.



Jason Bryant

Jason has about 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical domain including practice areas like sales force effectiveness, business intelligence, analytics, CRM and marketing planning. His past positions with leading consulting companies include EMEA Life sciences practice lead at marketRx, commercial effectiveness director at Data Intelligence and Business Unit Director for the pharma division at Binley’s. He has also worked with Sanofi Aventis and Cegedim in multiple roles. He brings to Aurochs software in-depth pharmaceutical local market knowledge especially for Europe, Middle East and Africa.


Larry Novacich

Larry was one of the pioneers in the sales compensation solutions industry when he joined Synygy as a start-up in 1993. As COO, he was instrumental in the rapid growth of Synygy from a startup to a market leader in the sales compensation space with a focus on services. Larry has extensive experience managing several practice areas within the sales operations domain. He has also held executive positions for other software/consulting companies like Better Sales Comp Consultants, Verilogue and is currently VP, Client Services at PRO Unlimited. Suffice to say that Larry brings an immense amount of experience to Aurochs Software.


Christopher Godwin

Chris, a project manager and consultant from Philadelphia, PA, has served as a partner and consultative resource for clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and DME industries for over 12 years. Chris is adept at working with his clients to develop systematic solutions to solve complex business problems, including but not limited to incentive compensation, sales force effectiveness, and sales force alignment optimization. Chris prides himself on helping his clients achieve the best results possible through the optimal use of the finest data and services available to them in the marketplace.. In the past, Chris has led the successful delivery of dozens of data and analytics projects for clients in the pharma, medical device, and DME industries during his tenure at Synygy, Inc. and most recently during his time at Health Market Science, Inc.
